After a busy week with work in packets stuffed till the top, here are few days to relax. ..I am lucky to get 6 hours of sleep instead of the usual 3 hours in the last week. There is a lot of time to fill in with some good reads other than the acads. With loads of time to kill, I wanted a book which would boost my moral and pour in motivation in the emptied cup of life to move ahead with more vigour and focus. “Fish”- a copy from the must read section caught my attention and since it was a thin book, I decided to give it a try. It didn’t take much to rush through the pages but the impression was long lasting (atleast I hope so- as of now). The book talks about four basic rules to make one’s life exciting and pump in the much needed energy. They are-
Choose your attitude; Play the game of life; Make their day and Be present.
I wont spoil the fun of reading (if anyone of you is planning to do so), but definitely mention that we all know these principles are important. What we are unaware is that how we can revive those forgotten energies so as to pull the strings of life and hum a melodious music out of it. The book just does that. The picture and the thoughts are expressed through the story of a world famous fish market which is simply fantabulous. The characters seem so live that we easily relate with them and wear the shoes of the protagonist who is a lady here.
Finally, all I would say a good read to rejuvenate yourself without slaughtering too much of your precious time.
